Aims & Scope
The journal International Journal of Nutrition and Health (IJNH) is a peer-reviewed, open access journal that aims to publish the latest research, knowledge, and scientific evidence on the relation of human nutrition, nutritional status, food components, macro and micronutrients and dietary patterns with a healthy and long lasting life. It is published quarterly online by Scilight Press.
This journal welcomes original research, short communications, reviews, and commentaries that explore the full range of effects of food ingredients and nutrition on health and disease. Topics covered include but are not limited to food science and human nutrition; the relationship between food ingredients and nutrition, health, and disease; nutritional biochemistry, including animal and in vitro experiments; human and clinical nutrition, covering nutrient metabolism, clinical nutrition in diseases, and nutrition across the lifespan; and public health nutrition, including community nutrition, nutrition education, dietary culture, dietary behavior, and nutritional epidemiology.
